Au Revoir, Rahul
It's possibly Rahul's final season in Top 100, as he pursues real life commitments instead. So here's a quick tribute to Rahul and all he's brought to Top 100 and Soccer Manager in general - and in particular with his very accurate player ratings predictions.
Rahul has managed in every division except D4, and won D3 twice - with first club Aston Villa in Season 3, and now with Hertha Berlin.
He moved on to Manchester United after his success with Villa, and took the fallen giants back to D1 at the first attempt, finishing second in D2. After a creditable fifth place in D1, Rahul stepped down to take on the challenge of management in D5 and the Ukraine.
That move didn't really work out, and was followed by a disastrous season in charge of Sampdoria, finishing bottom of D2.
Rahul stepped into the massive boots left by Hertha Hero Mark Stewart, and had two tough seasons culminating in another bottom placed finish in D2.
A mixed bag, in some ways, lots of success in his first seasons with Villa and United, then some seasons of struggle. So it's fitting that Rahul bows out, for the time being at least, with his most successful season to date.

All awards based on votes cast on the newsfeed and via private messages with the Top 100 manager selection panel.
Division Five
Mike T's Marseille led the way in D5 for much of the season, but they couldn't hold out and let last season's 99th placed club Twente steal their ice cream.
Ignazio Barraco did a sterling job with his exciting Udinese project in finishing third, and dark horse David Inglis brough Rubin Kazan up via a late surge and the playoffs.
But the clear winner for D5 Manager of the Season is Paul Thompson for his Twente transformation.
Division Four
Really only two teams in it, but first a mention for two South American clubs and their managers, who had great seasons and were both on the cusp of fantastic seasons. That is, until disaster struck for both River Plate and Sao Paulo, or rather Dnipro strung together five wins on the bounce to take third place.
To add insult to injury, Spartak stole the playoff place to go up alongside Koln and Stoke City.
Champions Koln finished 99th in the league four seasons ago, so it's been a remarkable rise for them and manager Neil Frankland. But's a tough league and D4 runners-up Stoke also made the semi-finals of the Youth Shield, and the finals of the World Club Shield and Top 100 Cup.
So the D4 Manager of the Season Award goes to ruts66 ...
Division Three
Only really one manager who got the votes in D3. Not Dan Wallace, who did a remarkable job taking Montpellier into D2 with their second consecutive playoff victory. Not Bojan H, who took Basel back to D2 for the first time since Season 3. And not manager of champions Hertha, Rahul, in what could be his final season in Top 100.
For taking relegation candidates Shakhtar Donetsk back to D2 for the first time in seven seasons, D3 Manager of the Season is... Broon!
Division Two
Special mention for Sassuolo gaffer Bob «Groucho» Sal who won the Youth Cup against all the odds. And for Schalke supremo Doc, who won promotion back to D1 via the playoffs in his first season in charge, as did Mister TRX with D2 runner-up PSG. And to Hellas Verona boss Andre Libras-Boas, for his third promotion in four seasons.
But for leading Borussia Dortmund to a runaway championship, D2 Manager of the Season is James Foster.
Division One
Great, if ultimately futile, effort from Jay Jones to keep Internazionale in D1. Brilliant, if predictably unsuccessful, attempt by Sir Stephen Beddows to win D1. Real Madrid are now the only team in Top 100 history to have finished above Bayern Munich twice and not won the title.
Honourable mentions to Paddy D, last season's D2 champions, for pushing hard for the top four for most of the season, to Andy Kelly at Liverpool for a superb third place, and to Doug Earle for turning around Atletico's season and winning the Top 100 Shield.
For finishing as many points above 4th placed Juventus as the Old Lady finished above last placed Manchester United, D1 Manager of the Season is Scott McKenzie of Barcelona!
Top 100 Manager of the Season
Ruts, Broon and Foster all had terrific seasons in their respective divisions (and also in some of the cups in ruts' case), and Thommo turned around Twente in spectacular fashion.
But the Top 100 Manager of the Season for Season 10 is Scott McKenzie for obliterating D1, and notching a record sixth title. Can he become the first manager to win three consecutive D1 titles in Season 11...?
D2 and Overall Top 100 Manager of the Season
I would like to thank my fellow managers for bestowing this honor upon me. They have played a big part in this accomplishment as the sense of community drives me to Top 100 everyday to try to find ways to better my team, so it's all thanks to each and everyone of you. Special shout out to Frank for his exceptional season.

D1 Manager of the Season
It’s great to see my achievements noticed. 6th in our 1st season in the top flight was amazing and exceeded our own goal of a top half finish. I know next season is going to be tough, but we will aim to better ourselves again next season and aim to crack that top 4! Our squad has come on so much since 1st taking over 9 seasons ago with a strong 11 and some fantastic young players coming through, who will keep Genoa as one of the elite for years to come. So thank you to all those who voted.

Just happy to finally taste success in T100 and looking forward to division 4 with River. Plenty of hard work went in to transform the club who finished 100 out of 100 last season, completely new squad and we worked hard for our title.

Division 4 Manager of the Season 3rd Place: Frank Hirst (Genoa) 19% 2nd Place: Mike Scallotti (Southampton) 30% 1st Place: Robérto Downinho (Internacional) 32%
The race for promotion from Division 4 went right to the final game of the Season with Malaga & Greg Billington just missing out. Southampton won the Division as predicted and Genoa finished a couple of places higher than expected. But the other achiever of the Season was Roberto Downinho & Internacional who were predicted to flirt with relegation, but instead pinched the final automatic playoff place on goal difference.
Division 4 Young Player of the Season
3rd Place: Jonny CASTRO (Celta Vigo) 13% 2nd Place: Samu CASTILLEJO (Genoa) 26% 1st Place: James WARD-PROWSE (Southampton) 60%
James Ward-Prowse was an inspiration to title winning Southampton, playing in 30 games and chipping in with 5 goals & 5 assists from Midfield, he could be a key player for the Saints for many a season to come.
Division 4 Player of the Season
2nd Place: Laurent DEPOITRE (Hellas Verona) 8% 2nd Place: Sadio MANÉ (Southampton) 8% 1st Place: Ciro IMMOBILE (Genoa) 66%
Ciro Immobile scored 17 goals and got 8 assists in his 32 games for Genoa, before being transferred to CSKA Moscow in what most will have seen as a brave move from the Genoa boss.

Below are the Awards for Division 3 Players & Managers…
Division 3 Manager of the Season 3rd Place: Sir Walter Smith (CSKA Moscow) 4% 2nd Place: michael h (Ajax) 35% 1st Place: rab kennedy (Basel) 47%
The Division 3 Title race also went down to the wire, with 1 game to go 3rd placed Ajax leapfrogged Ajax & Basel to snatch the title. The real success story of Division 3 was Rab Kennedy of Basel who was supposed to be fighting for his life, but managed to finish 1 point off the top and has sicne gone on to take the vacant post at Sevilla.
Division 3 Young Player of the Season
3rd Place: Abdul Rahman BABA (Basel) 26% 2nd Place: Max MEYER (CSKA Moscow) 33% 1st Place: Naby KEÏTA (Sassuolo) 35%
Although Sassuolo finished in the relegation places, Naby Keita was a shining light in their side, but will be hoping for more playing time back in Division 4 next season.
Division 3 Player of the Season
3rd Place: Luuk DE JONG (PSV) 15% 2nd Place: Zoran TOŠIĆ (Basel) 31% 1st Place: Emmanuel EMENIKE (CSKA Moscow/Aston Villa) 32%
Emenike started the season in fantastic form with 5 TOTW apps in the first 9 games of the season, but was transferred to Aston Villa in the 2nd half of the season where he took a little time to settle in and just missed out on promotion via the playoffs with Villa. Emenike will be playing for his 3rd Division 3 club in a few months as he will be playing for relegated Athletic Bilbao next season.

Division 1 Player & Manager Awards
Below are the Awards for Division 1 Players & Managers…
Division 1 Manager of the Season
3rd Place: Gursimran Brar (Bayern Munich) 9% 2nd Place: André Guerra (Porto) 32% 1st Place: scott mckenzie (Barcelona) 50%
Nobody can really argue with the winner of this award with Scott Mckenzie losing only 1 league game all season and winning such a strong division by 10 points. Although, Andre far exceeded expectations, after winning the Division 2 playoff last season, Porto finished just 5 points off the top 4.
Division 1 Young Player of the Season
3rd Place: Memphis DEPAY (Manchester United) 14% 3rd Place: José GIMÉNEZ (Atletico Madrid) 14% 2nd Place: Aymeric LAPORTE (Manchester United) 16% 1st Place: Hakan ÇALHANOĞLU (Bayer Leverkusen) 39%
Calhanoglu terrorised defences in the league and youth cup this season pitching in with 10 league goals and 5 assists and was probably a big reason for the German sides survival.
Division 1 Player of the Season
2nd Place: Kevin DE BRUYNE (Barcelona) 3% 2nd Place: Sergio RAMOS (Real Madrid) 3% 2nd Place: Arjen ROBBEN (Lazio) 3% 1st Place: Lionel MESSI (Barcelona) 84%
Lional Messi was a phenom this season scoring 34 goals, getting 20 assists and getting 20 TOTW apps in his 32 league games. Division 1 defender’s are really going to have to up their game to stop another season like this.

Division 2 Player & Manager Awards
Below are the Awards for Division 2 Players & Managers…
Division 2 Manager of the Season 3rd Place: David Inglis (Everton) 8% 3rd Place: Sameer Arshad (Schalke) 8% 2nd Place: Rob Ryan (Napoli) 11% 1st Place: Lee Reynolds (Dortmund) 56%
Division 2 was also a great race with Lee Reynold’s Dortmund pipping Rob Ryan’s Napoli to the title by 1 point. Sameer’s Schalke side had a great start, but they couldn’t keep up with the 2 powerhouses, yet still managed to beat French giants, PSG to the last automatic promotion place.
Division 2 Young Player of the Season
3rd Place: Chancel MBEMBA (Newcastle) 4% 3rd Place: Matthias GINTER (Spurs) 4% 2nd Place: Kurt ZOUMA (Benfica) 21% 1st Place: Domenico BERARDI (Dortmund) 65%
Domenico Berardi managed 5 goals and 2 assists in his 16 games at title winning Dortmund, now the young Italian is gonig to have to prove his worth with the big boys on Division 1.
Division 2 Player of the Season
3rd Place: Dries MERTENS (Napoli) 14% 2nd Place: Zlatan IBRAHIMOVIC (Paris SG) 23% 1st Place: Gonzalo HIGUAÍN (Napoli) 38%
Gonzalo Higuain scored 25 league goals in an unbelievable season for Napoli, don’t be suprised if he’s up near the top of scoring charts in Division 1 next season.
Division 2 Team of the Season
Division 5 Player & Manager Awards
For the last 5 days, the Managers of Top100 have been voting for their Players & Managers of the Season. With 80 out of the 100 managers casting a vote it was a real success.
Below are the End of Season Awards for Division 5… Division 5 Manager of the Season 3rd Place: Zaid Griffin (Feyenoord) 15% 2nd Place: Andrew Kelly (Villarreal) 40% 1st Place: feargal a hickey (VFB Stuttgart) 43%
Feargal just edges Andrew to the Division 5 MOTY even with Andrew winning the league by 11 points, the side that Feargal took over at the start of the season was 1 that most thought would be fighting relegation. A Cup win & a promotion later and VFB will not only be playing in Division 4 next Season, but will also have a shot in Europe. Andrew’s Villarreal side got back to Division 4 in style, winning the league by 11 points alongside Zaid’s Feyenoord side who were also relegated last season.
Division 5 Young Player of the Season 3rd Place: Joshua KIMMICH (Anderlecht) 13% 3rd Place: Sven VAN BEEK (Feyenoord) 13% 2nd Place: Ricardo KISHNA (Feyenoord) 25% 1st Place: Timo PLATTEL (FC Twente) 27%
Timo Plattel was a revelation in goal for FC Twente, at the start of the season when Twente were shipping goals at a rate of knots, Platell was still coming up with MOM awards and as such was picked in the Division 5 TOTW on 5 occasions. Plattel has since signed for Espanyol who will be playing Division 5 football themselves next season.
Division 5 Player of the Season
2nd Place: Gerard MORENO (Villarreal) 8% 2nd Place: Víctor RUÍZ (Villarreal) 8% 1st Place: Troy DEENEY (Feyenoord) 60%
Troy Deeney grabbed many a headline this season as he waded in with 21 goals and 10 assists being ever present and picking up the Division 5 golden boot along with the Player of the Season Award. Zaid will be hoping the Troy’s goals will help again in Division 4 next Season.
