Note that managers who have not managed in Top 100, or at their current club, for at least a full season are not usually considered for new jobs (although it can happen very occasionally), likewise if you have had successive relegations, as in real life, you are unlikely to be selected for a job at a better club).

We now have Top120 as well from where new Top100 managers will be recruited from as and when there will be opportunities in Top100.
