Five alive for the title in the division where strange things happen.

The usual mix of quirky thematic teams, those being rebuilt from the ground up makes D5 an interesting prediction and the division where the reality doesn’t match the stats.

Having said that there are 5 clear favourites.

Flamengo and Atalanta are the most balanced teams. I think the extra fire power Atalanta have should push them to the title or at least certain promotion.  Santos are too unbalanced and will leak at the back more than they will score at the front.  Bremens problem is up top , sort that and they have a powerful team in this company.  Zagreb the opposite powerful up top weak at the back.

Then a massive 2 point drop to Besitkas . Down to 217.1 could survive D4 so even as far as Sao Paulo could push for playoffs. Probably depth is less important in D5 which could lead me to the conclusion that Torino who are well match except for that should do well.

At the wrong end Bordeaux are much the worse team in all 5 divisions with St Etienne and AZ being the only other teams lower than 216.  Both are midtable and off to a fine start.  Cruziero must get a honorable mention as well over performing at this point.
