Another close division. Four favourites but many contenders.

It would be fair to say that Division 4 in pretty much like Division 3 but a little bit worse. Small ability gap, no teams miles above the rest.

Partizan are the most balanced team all round, but may be lack depth for the final push.  Dynamo Moscow, have more depth , a better midfield , a worse keeper but that shouldn’t hold them back in D4. Boca sacrifice a weak defence for a strong keeper with Kazan looking stronger alround but lacking depth also.

River Plate and Leicester could be contenders if they can improve their keepers.  Low 218 is enough to survive D3 so any team down to Swansea should do well enough in the division above.

Last year 217 or less put you in real risk of relegation, so Sampdoria or lower will need to watch out and get off to a good start.

Sampdoria have very little depth , a couple of injuries will see them down and out in no time.  Lokomotiv are off  to a great start and have enough depth to survive.  Malaga and Athletic club are weak up front or will need to sacrifice midfield to be stronger.

Oympiacos and more so West Brom hope their good keepers ,literally keep them safe.
