Lazio on +9 are playoff finalists, all this somewhat overwhelms Herthas great season as champions from a predicted 2nd. They face 4 VA Montpelier . Galatasary had a +6 VA but were beaten in the playoffs.
At the wrong end, it all went bad for Celtic. Relegated -11 VA , -0.56 PVA. Celta and Levante on -6 VA also had poor seasons, with predicted 3rd spot CSKA missing out on promotion.
