Lazio failed to organise their re-arranged final fixture, so default 0-3, handing Roma top spot in the group and a home semi-final against Fiorentina.

Roma will play their final group fixture at Lazio on Saturday, where a win will see them win Group A and take their place in the semi-final in Match 1 against Fiorentina.

As best group runners-up, Milan would then face a visit to Napoli in Match 2.

If Roma fail to win, Milan and Roma’s positions are reversed, i.e., Milan win the group and play Fiorentina, and Roma go to Napoli.
