Please register your team and name using the Google Form below.
At a minimum, I need your team in Top 100 and your name.
Ideally, please also register your players along with their date of birth and rating.
This will help me to ensure your players are eligible to play, and to calculate the average rating of all the teams. The average rating will be used to decide which teams are seeded into which groups, so is very important.
If you keep a note of the link at the end of the form when you click submit, you will be able to come back and make any changes to players if they get ratings rises, or if you buy, sell or loan players.
