Division 1 and Overall Top 100 Player of the Season
Lionel Messi is the Top 100 Player of the Season and D1 Award winner.
By his own phenomenal standards, magical Messi had a relatively poor season stats-wise, but was the driving force for Barca as they powered to a record breaking fifth title.
Robert Lewandowski was unlucky to finish second in the poll after scoring a colossal 26 goals in 37 league games.
Messi has been by far the greatest player in Top 100 history and long may his form continue. We will be going all out for the league again this year to try and make it a record breaking 6 titles and Messi will be a major part of that ambition.

Division 2 Player of the Season
Yet another incredible season for 34 year old Cristiano Ronaldo, leading Milan's surge to the top of D2.
He was head and shoulders above everyone else in the division.
Ronaldo was the game changer and we should of won the league by more. It showed when he was out - I struggled.

Division 3 Player of the Season
Hamburger dominated the individual award for D3 this season, and it was veteran left wingback Marcel Schmelzer who, perhaps surprisingly, saw off teammates Alex Teixeira and Lucas Vazquez.
Schmelz had a brilliant season for us marauding down the left flank. I think he enjoyed himself, too, having a bit more freedom to play in a 3-4-3. We put him on corners, and he caused all sorts of problems with his delivery into the box.

Division 4 Player of the Season
Marseille's Algerian forward Ryad Boudebouz is the D5 Player of the Season.
Following the sale of Giorgian De Arrascaeta to Villarreal, a lot was put on the shoulders of Ryad Boudebouz to lead the line at Marseille in Season 9.
He delivered with 19 goals and 3 assists, with 7 Man of the Match awards and importantly only 2 yellow cards.
Unfortunately for Marseille, in a season where the bottom half of the table were involved in six point matches each week, two separate ankle injuries late in the season cost him 5 matches in the run in, which contributed to the relegation to Division 5. Put simply, he was head and shoulders above the other strikers, where Acosta struggled after he lost a step of pace. He was the silver lining in a tough and disappointing season. We are happy for him to be recognized for his performances … and we are very happy he wants to be here for our next campaign.

Although not enough to save his club from relegation to Division 5, he beat rivals Morgan Sanson and Roberto Firmino to this prized award.
I am looking forward to the challenge in Division 5. I have had a sit down with the manager after he signed to a 3 year deal contingent on promotion back to Division 4. He told me he was counting on me next season and had no interest in selling me … and to be honest I want to be here.

Division 5 Player of the Season
Dinamo Zagreb's young star Borja Mayoral's 17 league goals was enough to comfortably see off the challenges from veteran's Sandro Wagner and Franck Ribery to win the D5 Player of the Season Award.
When we made the deal to let Maxi Gomez leave the club, Mayoral stepped in as our top striker and he filled the shoes beautifully. He can play as the 9 or 10. He deserves all credit as he's trained hard and been committed to the team. I imagine he will be a big part of Dinamo Zagreb for seasons to come. Personally, it's a great accomplishment for the club to have such a young talented player recognized for his individual success. Thank you the Top 100.

Young Player of the Season
Benfica's starlet Kylian Mbappe narrowly won the Top 100 Young Player of the Season Award.
The Frenchman's 10 goals, 10 assists, 5 Man of the Match awards, and an average performance rating 7.45 in his first season in D1, propelled his club to a top 10 finish in the league, and a Cup Winner's medal, too.
Mbappe narrowly saw off the challenge of Dinamo Zagreb's Borja Mayoral.
Mbappe was an immense presence for us this season and the first name on the team sheet. He scored the winner in the Quarter-Final of the cup and played pivotal parts in the Semi-Final and Final. He is the subject of lot of transfer attention but I can categorically say the lad is going nowhere bar an insane offer!
