Pretty even on attempts but it all changed when Tigges came on at 60 mins we suddenly scored 2 goals both set up by the big man. Thats 3 assists in 7 for the big man he can't score to save his life mind!

It was 50-50 possession but in the end their additional quality was a bridge too far. I'm delighted with the effort and its been a fantastic first quarter of the season.

A solid performance tonight. If we took our chances it could have been a few more but Spurs' goalie was in outstanding form, Locatelli was the one who made the breakthrough for the 3 points.

Wanted to try this formation for a while already, but for fitness issues or whatever only managed to play it tonight. It worked well and I believe it may be a good fit for my players. This could be a fresh start for us, but we'll have to face Chelsea next, so it will be difficult. Let's see what we can do.

I was expecting to win by a single goal and that’s how it turned out thanks to a brace from Tousart. The stats were fairly close so this match could have gone either way. This moves us up to 9th, just 7 points from the top.

After an awful start to the season where we hit rock bottom in Div 3, Cruzeiro make it 3 wins in a row to reach midtable, with a comfortable 3-1 win over Internazionale. All the attackers got in on the goal contributions, definitely our best of the season. Hopefully we can keep marching upwards to where we aim to be!

We had chances to take all 3 points bur we can't complain - we are one of just 3 teams in the division to be unbeaten in the last 5 games.

Close game, but we sneak a 2-1 home win that keeps us in touch at the top. Nice to see Andre Silva pop up with the winner.

Cracking game tonight which could have went either way with both sides having great chances, shout out to Phil Foden who made the goal & had another man of the match display.

Mönchengladbach 1-2 Sassuolo: With time running out, the team losing ideas, Baschirotto the captain tried an outrageous chip from outside the box with 5 minutes to play that flew over the helpless keeper and sent the away fans wild! Sassuolo out of the relegation zone and more importantly, proving the team can fight.

Very dissapointing but well done Hugos. Expecting the 3 points but messed up the tactics. Didn’t seem to be in it first half but went in 1-1 at half time. Stats were slightly even but shots on target 5/3 to them. A late 85th minute winner is always a tough one. Only 5 points from top and 1 point to play offs so early days.

Honours even as Palace leave The Stadium of Light with a hard fought point against 2nd placed Sunderland. The Eagles once again relying on Sorloth to come up with the goods in front of goal and another vintage performance from Handanovic between the sticks. All in all a very good point for Bilboa's men.

We dominated all the stats. Inter score 3 goals with only 3 shots on target - defensive cover cannot arrive soon enough. Well done Gyan.

We made some changes bringing Sangare and Iheanacho in, whilst rotating our centre backs. It's been a real solid start to the season and we are improving with each game.

Over thirty three thousand saw Hoffenheim progress into the next round. Evanilson joined Valencia keeper in watching the ball nestle into the back of the net in the 23rd minute. Valencia huffed and puffed but Hoffenheim doubled their lead in the 73rd minute with a wonderful strike into the top corner. Hoffenheim finished the game with 10 men but the score remained 2 - 0.

10 changes to the team and Roque got the winner. A pleasing result.

Beaten 2-1 at home to Lyon in the first round, thanks to a late winner from Pierotti. We have a long way to go both in this season and where we want to take this team in the future.
