D5: PSV SIX POINTS CLEAR (Matchday 10)

PSV CONTINUE WINNING RUN
6 points clear at the top after 10 games!
Another win, but this time a couple of injuries that'll mean Unal and Sabaly miss the away trip to Napoli. Plan for the season's beginning was to avoid the auto sack, and I think we're on track!

BASEL SNATCH DRAMATIC WIN AT BOCA!
Had a horrible start to the season but now 5 unbeaten. Strange game last night felt watching it boca were all over us but turns out it was just the possession they dominated. Pretty even on attempts but it all changed when Tigges came on at 60 mins we suddenly scored 2 goals both set up by the big man. Thats 3 assists in 7 for the big man he can't score to save his life mind!

I was expecting to win by a single goal and that’s how it turned out thanks to a brace from Tousart. The stats were fairly close so this match could have gone either way. This moves us up to 9th, just 7 points from the top.
⭐️Ken Keeley⭐️ (Borussia Mönchengladbach)

CRUZEIRO RETURN TO FORM!
After an awful start to the season where we hit rock bottom in Div 3, Cruzeiro make it 3 wins in a row to reach midtable, with a comfortable 3-1 win over Internazionale. All the attackers got in on the goal contributions, definitely our best of the season. Hopefully we can keep marching upwards to where we aim to be!
Robérto Downinho (Cruzeiro)
SASSUOLO UNBEATEN IN 5 AFTER DRAW WITH AJAX!
We had chances to take all 3 points bur we can't complain - we are one of just 3 teams in the division to be unbeaten in the last 5 games.

D4 TORINO SHOCK STAR-STUDDED CHELSEA!
El Toro run out 1-0 winners at the Bridge
D2 ESPANYOL HELD BY D5 RUBIN KAZAN!
2-2 in normal time with Fofana and Cavani on target

We should of been out of sight, we gave a soft penalty away when on top to go behind, but responded well. We then conceded again against the run of play but thankfully grabbed an equaliser and deservedly progress. These games are a lottery, and the tie could quite easily have seen us exit, but progressed via fictional Extra Time.

HOFFENHEIM HELD TO DRAW BY SPURS DESPITE DOMINANCE
GUNTER SENT OFF FOR LATE CHALLENGE
Spurs were quick out of the blocks with a tidy bottom corner finish by Correa. That early dominance turned into disappointment when Gunter saw red for a late challenge in the 28th minute. Hoffenheim saw their pressure count with a late first half strike from Adli 2 minutes before half time. Not much happened in the second half until De Thomas managed to squeeze a shot under Dragowski in the 71st minute.
However, just a minute later Hoffenheim hit back when Lerma flighted a perfect ball to Malinovskyi who finished just beyond the reach of Strakosha. Nmecha saw red in the 77th minute with a reckless studs high challenge on Malinovskyi. Hoffenheim couldn't finish the job and the spoils were shared. 2-2.

SASSUOLO CAPTAIN SCORES INCREDIBLE CHIP TO SNATCH VICTORY AND ESCAPE RELEGATION ZONE!

Mönchengladbach 1-2 Sassuolo: With time running out, the team losing ideas, Baschirotto the captain tried an outrageous chip from outside the box with 5 minutes to play that flew over the helpless keeper and sent the away fans wild! Sassuolo out of the relegation zone and more importantly, proving the team can fight.
Very dissapointing but well done Hugos. Expecting the 3 points but messed up the tactics. Didn’t seem to be in it first half but went in 1-1 at half time. Stats were slightly even but shots on target 5/3 to them. A late 85th minute winner is always a tough one. Only 5 points from top and 1 point to play offs so early days.
⭐️Ken Keeley⭐️ (Borussia Mönchengladbach)
Crystal Palace hold Sunderland to draw!
EAGLES EARN HARD-FOUGHT POINT AGAINST SECOND-PLACED BLACK CATS! SORLOTH AND HANDANOVIC STAR

Honours even as Palace leave The Stadium of Light with a hard fought point against 2nd placed Sunderland. The Eagles once again relying on Sorloth to come up with the goods in front of goal and another vintage performance from Handanovic between the sticks. All in all a very good point for Bilboa's men.
Schalke lose 3-2 to Inter despite dominating the game!

We got it spot on tonight tactically, and i'm very pleased to keep a clean sheet and beat a very tough opponent. Our mix of experience and youth is working right now. We made some changes bringing Sangare and Iheanacho in, whilst rotating our centre backs. It's been a real solid start to the season and we are improving with each game.

VALENCIA MANAGER ASH L RESIGNS!
I have decided it’s time for another break . Struggling to find the time to fully engage with the gameworld at the moment so think it’s time for a fresh manager at the helm at Valencia . DORTMUND HELD TO DRAW BY PORTO!
"FAVOURITES" TO WIN DIVISION 1 FACING "TOUGH MOMENT"
Dortmund 0-0 FC Porto. Decent point against a very strong team. We are used to dominate the matches but not tonight. It was balanced but Dortmund was slightly stronger. I already said they are one of my favorites to win Division 1 this season. They're facing a tough moment atm but they'll bounce back i'm sure. That team has upgraded a lot recently, they're really really strong now. . . Good game Dario. Good luck.
