Everyone who has signed new players in the last few weeks and later discovered their new signings’ identities have changed… File bug reports in-game and/or email support@soccermanager.com with details – see official update message below.
It’s a crap solution, imho, but it is what it is at the moment.
I created a form to collect submissions all in one place – I can submit it all in one go to SM. You will need to submit each player separately.

We are aware of recent database issues and will be working to reimburse anyone impacted.
There have been a few issues with the player database in recent days and, as a result, we have had to change some newly-added player IDs. This was done as part of the fix, but has led to some unintended consequences. Whilst we are confident the issue will be resolved going forwards, you may have noticed some odd behaviour around transfers involving the players who have had their IDs changed.
If you are impacted by this issue, please reach out to support in-game or through support@soccermanager.com. Please provide details of the player involved, when you made the transfer, and if emailing in, your gameworld ID, when getting in touch. The team will be more than happy to reverse the bugged transfers or refund the amount of in-game cash spent on them.
