All you have to do to be eligible is register for the S26 Youth Cup, arrange all your fixtures and set an eligible team for every game.
Easy, right?
Well, the bad news for 32 (!) managers is that it was too difficult and therefore they all forfeited the chance to be included in the draw.
Which is good news for the remaining 30 managers – their chances of winning just doubled!
