West Brom actually finished 3rd in their group despite forfeiting all three games, so I excluded them (albeit not the new manager’s fault), and included another 4th placed team instead.
Similarly, Dortmund and Gladbach had the same record as Bayern, but both forfeited one game whereas Bayern didn’t forfeit any.
