Should we ask managers to commit to achieving certain targets before giving them a new job, and give then a contract from, say, 1 – 6 seasons in length depending on what kind of job it is?

If a manager failed to achieve agreed targets he could then be asked to quit his job. Failure to do so could ultimately end his Top 100 career.
