Other group winners + 6 best runners up will be at home in round 2 against
4 other runners up + 4 best 3rd place finishers
the other 6 3rd places will be at home in round 2 of the Youth Shield
where they will face 2 worst 3rd places + all 4th place teams
IF the pre-determined draw throws up matches which are replicas of the group stage they will not be changed. Hopefully this is highly unlikely to happen.

Flamengo and Juve have both secured top 2 spots (barring a huge goal swing) but both will want to win to ensure an easier tie as possible in round 3 (in Juve’s case) and round 2 in Flamengos.
Milan should finish 3rd barring a massive defeat – but the chances of them being in the top 4 3rd place teams hanging on a knife edge nothing but a win will do! Rubin could still finish 4th and qualify for the youth shield IF results go their way and they beat Milan.
Partizan know a win will secure Youth Shield football against Hertha who will win the wooden spoon award.
